Spurgeon![]() Purchasing FurnitureTo purchase furniture, the customer should email me indicating the work they are interested in and any additional information they would like to have. I will email back a confirmation invoice. When the customer has decided to purchase, he must email his billing address and phone number along with a 25% down payment. I will hold the piece until this 25% payment arrives (up to 7 days). Subsequently, the piece will be held until an agreed-upon date for customer pick-up in Lima, Ohio; but not to exceed 30 days. We have found that customer pick-up is the most satasfactory method to all concerned.
(Please note that wood is a natural product with irregularities in grain patterns, color variances, occasional mineral streaks and small knots. These natural surface artifacts should not be looked on as imperfections but rather as Nature's beauty marks, and they do not constitute justification for rejecting a well-made piece.
